I love the fact that these men live by the Cowboy Code and have been the heroes at multiple local charity events. Barnyard Beer helped raise money for Wayside Waifs (Animal Shelter) and the Heartland Cosmopolitan Club's Annual Childrens Diabetes Hogroast among other venues. Barnyard Beer is Amazing and for a good cause from men with a big heart. And these guys are already sponsoring Bad Goat Racing. How do they do it? Excellent stuff all around. Necessary disclosure: I am a small-scale investor in Barnyard Brewing. Full disclosure: I invested in Barnyard specifically because of how awesome their beer is. The Bonfire Porter is one of the best damned beers I've tried to date. Barnyard's other selections are also high quality. I am 100% confident that if you like beer and try their wares, you'll be in for a hell of a good experience. I only regret that I did not have more available to invest =) If you love beer, you should definitely check out what Barnyard has to offer, especially the Bonfire Porter. Excellent stuff all around.

I spent the afternoon with him in Oregon one time - and between the beer and frisbee...let's just say, it was good. Mike is the king of big ideas and I'm happy to see him getting some recognition.
