They are hard to find in Miami, though (where I live). It seems that since it is always summer here it would be perfect here. I went to Wallonia in September of 1999 and tried a lot of amazing beers at little town pubs or restaurants. I probably had some of the good Saisons because they were all remarkable, but not speaking French and almost 12 years doesn't help to remember. I’m so excited to try some of these this summer.
