Paul, that comment is ridiculous!! It’s not craft beer and they didn’t acquire Goose Island to start making new beers… They acquired Goose Island to make more money and get in on the Craft beer scene on a new level. They didn’t need to buy a craft beer company to make a decent beer, considering that most of those guys are scientists (and the fact that anyone with a computer can make up a decent beer recipe).

“that’s not quite Bud Light and not really Budweiser”… HA HA HA!!! Seriously?!?! This article is insane! Large scale macrobrewing is a terrible thing. Support your local!

Just because it carries the bud light name doesn’t mean that it can’t be considered craft. I’m curious to try it and see what knowledge of craft beer they’ve acquired through their purchase of Goose Island.
