Who doesn’t love beer? Who doesn’t show up to a party with a case of beer? Who doesn’t drink beer every night because it’s what’s for dinner? My bro always has beer. He has a separate fridge in the garage just for beers. Now that is prepared folks.

What a great article! I am only disappointed that I missed out. BXL is our favorite place in the City and Matt is the consummate bartender, able to deftly serve a packed house alone behind the bar and yet have a few seconds for a chat and stories. I think he could work the bar at BXL in a blindfold and still serve the perfect beer. He’s one of the reasons my wife and I have been going there for years now. And the beer, of course! Good luck, Yves, Matt, and Gregg! Hope to see you Gregg next time.
