Sierra Katharine was born at 4:59 a.m. Dec. 2. The picture above was taken when she was about 14 hours old. She's snoozing in her mother's room at Proctor Hospital in Peoria.

Here (3 days old) Sierra patiently waits for her mom to take one more picture because she knows then she'll get her bottle. She isn't always this patient when it comes to eating.

Lots of friends sent flowers, but her dad insisted on taking her picture with all of them. That tested her patience.
